Rain, speed likely factors in Antioch crash that killed 2 teens

By By Lizzie Johnson A car crash that killed two teenagers and injured four others Friday night was likely caused by wet road conditions and excessive speed, officials said Sunday.
The 17-year-old driver crashed a white SUV into a tree around 7 p.m. near the intersection of Lone Tree Way and Indian Hill Drive in Antioch, police said. The crash killed the driver and 13-year-old passenger Jaia Lightner, a Delta Vista Middle School studen.
