49ers run defense headed ‘back to the drawing board’?

Then, the scrutiny turned to its communications gaffes in the secondary.
Finally, in last week’s 43-16 loss at Seattle, there were breakdowns in the run defense.
Defensive tackle DeForest Buckner said the lack of attention to detail began in the previous week’s 27-9 loss at Tampa Bay. The 49ers allowed a season-high 168 rushing yards to the Seahawks.
