Both GoFundMe campaigns fully-funded in battle over homeless navigation center in SF

The GoFundMe campaigns “Safe Embarcadero for All” and “SAFER Embarcadero for ALL,” which are against and for the construction of a homeless navigation center slated for Seawall Lot 330, respectively, both surpassed their fundraising goals on Friday. The campaign opposing the homeless navigation center was started to hire Andrew Zacks, a San Francisco-based real estate lawyer, and the campaign supporting the center is backed by Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff and Twilio CEO Jeff Lawson.
