Paul Guenther: ‘We have a vision’ for Raiders defense

By By Matt Kawahara When defensive coordinator Paul Guenther returned home after the Raiders’ 34-3 loss to the 49ers on Nov. 1, his son alerted him to a video clip of himself and head coach Jon Gruden making the rounds online.
Following Raheem Mostert’s 52-yard touchdown run in the third quarter, TV cameras showed Gruden tapping Guenther on the shoulder to spark an animated discussion between the two. This week, Guenther sounded surprised at the attention the moment received.
