Trump’s appeals court nominee OKd with support from Dems

By By Bob Egelko President Trump, who has referred to the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals as a “bad court” that was biased against him, now has his judicial appointment on the court — a former Hawaii attorney general supported by every Senate Democrat and opposed by a majority of Republicans.
