Raiders’ Tom Cable back ‘where I belong’ as Jon Gruden’s O-line coach

By By Matt Kawahara Overshadowed by Jon Gruden’s reunion with the Raiders in January was the return of another former head coach to the organization.

Shortly after his own hiring became official, Gruden hired Tom Cable as his offensive line coach. Cable was the Raiders’ head coach for two-plus seasons from 2008-10 – a tenure, and departure, marked by controversy.
