Bay Area’s wet weather starts heavy, expected to continue

By By Sophie Haigney Rain hit the Bay Area hard early Tuesday morning, and little is expected to change for most of the week.

“A cold front is moving across the region this morning,” said Roger Gass of the National Weather Service in Monterey. “It’s producing rainfall that will likely impact the morning commute.”
