Warriors’ Patrick McCaw ruled out of Detroit game with concussion

By By Connor Letourneau DETROIT — Warriors reserve guard Patrick McCaw has been ruled out of Friday night’s game against the Pistons with a nose contusion and concussion.

McCaw didn’t return to Monday’s win over New Orleans after getting knocked in the nose by DeMarcus Cousins on a dunk attempt midway through the second quarter. After entering the NBA’s concussion protocol, McCaw missed Wednesday night’s win over Charlotte.
