Thousands pack Golden Gate Park for AIDS Walk SF

By By Filipa Ioannou Craig Miller, the founder of the event, told the crowd that considering the looming possibility of rollbacks in the health care law that took effect under former President Barack Obama, health care for all Americans, not just those living with HIV/AIDS, was a goal of the day.

Evan Wolfson, a lawyer who played a prominent role in the fight for marriage equality, encouraged participants to take a stand and voice their outrage at the efforts to repeal and replace the health care law with one critics say will hurt low-income people.
