Even on a day filled with distractions, with bullpen stalwarts Sean Doolittle and Ryan Madson dealt away before the game, the A’s didn’t break their stride in completing a three-game sweep of the defending AL champions.

Sean Manaea turned in his usual strong start against Cleveland, working seven innings in the A’s 7-3 victory over the Indians, and Oakland jumped on Cleveland starter Trevor Bauer right out of the gate and chased him in the first inning.
