Armed-robbery suspect with tattooed face sought in Pleasant Hill

A man with tattoos on his face is suspected of pulling an armed robbery at a Nordstrom Rack in Pleasant Hill before leading police on a car chase and driving into oncoming traffic with three children in the vehicle, authorities said. Employees at the store gave police a detailed description of both the suspect, identified as 22-year-old Hayward resident Charles Frederick Justus, and of the vehicle he was driving.
