Hina Yakitori opens softly with chicken-tastic menu

Hina Facebook Related Links Hina Yakitori, the latest concept from Temescal restaurateur Jonathan Moon, launches softly tonight, April 1. Formerly Kushido izakaya and then Modu test kitchen, Hina’s kitchen and concept is overseen by Tommy Clearly, who learned the yakitori trade at acclaimed Tokyo restaurant Tori + Salon, as well as Ippuku and B-Dama in the East Bay.
